Ready to book?

Before completing this form, please make sure you’ve spoken with us and your booking has been confirmed. If you haven’t been in touch yet, head back to the Venue Hire page to check availability and get in touch.

How it works

Step 1 — Download and sign the venue hire agreement

If this is your first payment, download and sign the Venue Hire Agreement (this can be done electronically) and have it ready to upload. If you’ve already submitted it, simply tick the box in the form.

Step 2 — Complete the form below and pay

Fill in your details, select what you’re paying for, and enter the amount agreed with the Club. Payment is by card and you’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s processed.

Payment schedule

• Deposit — due on receipt of invoice to secure your date
• Security bond and remaining balance— due 14 days before your function

If your function is less than 21 days away, all payments may be due at once — the Club will confirm this when your booking is made.
